We are not liable for disruptions beyond our control.<\/p>\n All tools, code, and materials provided by Datacrates remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Clients retain ownership of their data.<\/p>\n All business, technical, and client data shared during service delivery is treated as confidential.<\/p>\n We are not liable for:<\/p>\n Indirect or consequential damages<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Data loss unless due to gross negligence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Downtime beyond our control<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Liability is capped at the value of 3 months of paid service.<\/p>\n You or Datacrates may terminate service per contract terms. Upon termination, data will be returned or securely deleted.<\/p>\n These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Legal disputes will be handled in Waukesha County, Wisconsin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.<\/p>\n
